Purpose and goal

LEAD´s mission is to create sustainable growth companies whose innovations contribute to a better world. The project´s purpose is to support individuals with scalable, unique ideas in building successful companies through business development, networking, and team building, fostering sustainable and inclusive growth. LEAD´s goal is to be Sweden´s best incubator and annually deliver at least five companies that meet the organization´s quality standards.

Expected effects and result

Through business development and team completion, the conditions for sustainable growth are created. The goal is that at least five innovative, scalable companies annually complete the process with potential to reach 30 MSEK in turnover and 10 employees within five years. This strengthens innovation, creates jobs and contributes to sustainable and equal growth. LEAD accelerates the companies´ development, capital raising and international expansion.

Planned approach and implementation

Continuously optimize business development to support startups and adapt efforts as needed. Strengthen the capital network to improve financing opportunities. Venture Creation matches entrepreneurs with research-intensive ideas to create ventures, aiming for at least 50/50 women/men, broadening the inflow of ideas. The team development & leadership program builds sustainable teams and strengthens entrepreneurs for long-term success.
