Purpose and goal
Readily develops diagnostic tests for rapid detection of respiratory disease. The aim of the project is to develop and implement an electronic quality management system for the business.
Expected effects and result
Expected results are 1) a quality management system that is set up according to Readily´s needs 2) training in the system for all employees 3) implementation of processes in the business
Planned approach and implementation
• Review of templates for procedures and documents required according to IVDR, FDA and ISO 13485 in collaboration with a consultant
• Adaptation of template processes to the operations conducted at Readily, in collaboration with a consultant
• Implementation of processes in the operations
