Important results from the project
Many people who currently works in marketing is facing a risk of exclusion from the labor market since they do not have the technical expertise required to keep up with developments . This is a problem that can be solved by providing simple IT solutions. The need for IT support spans over the entire communications process, but is particularly important when it comes to survey activities and analyze the content as a basis for decisions. The goal has been to develop a technically high-quality service while maintaining the simplicity of the user interface for this purpose. The result is Konzilo.
Expected long term effects
The result is a tool that on a timeline visualizes all marketingactivities for a company in all channels and the relationships between them. This in a way that no other calendar tool can do today. We expect a great interest in the tool since the product is very user friendly. The simplest version of the product is completely free to download and use, which means that the product is expected to become widespread in a short time. The step to buy the service for multiple users and auto-publishing in social media is small. We expect profitability in a near future.
Approach and implementation
Major focus has been on designing a high quality service while maintaining the simplicity of the user interface . Work has been done in accordance with the Scrum methodology and ongoing usability testing has been a key part of the project. We have continuously checked the hours spent on the project and ensured that the project´s costs are within the approved budget. The cooperation with external consultant has worked very well and we were able to complete the project within time.
