Important results from the project
I have been invited to ´Science and Technology in Society Forum´ in Kyoto from 3rd to 6th October. The conference is organized by ´Japan Society for the Promotion of Science´ and the aim is to create a forum to discuss sustainable development on a global scale between current decisions makers and future leaders. Japans Prime Mininster, Shinzo Abe, Nobel Prize Laureate, Paul Nurse and ministers from 27 countries will also attend.
Expected long term effects
The conference will give me an excellent opportunity to gain more insight into how research and development will contribute to a sustainable future.
Approach and implementation
I will attend the conference and get new network connections. It will also give me an opportunity to build better networks and collaborations with other Swedish scientists which will take part in the conference.
