Important results from the project
The Innovation project has developed Tenrocs method to be commercially viable and workable in the business area of Construction and industrial buildings. The results obtained by the development is that from the beginning of the year has a commercial offer to both clients (building owners) and designing engineers.
Expected long term effects
We have established consultation processes to evaluate projects, internal processes of tender, as well as processes to reduce risks for the market to adopt the solution through insurance arrangements. Designed commercialization plans through licensing procedures to achieve international market with international distribution partners. The technology has been developed and related expenses have been reduced by 30%.
Approach and implementation
The bulk of the work has been carried out internally. We have worked with external marketing agency marketing strategy. Close work with two Contractors focused on the value offering has been made for cost analysis. In addition, some technical verification, in collaboration with Chalmers Building and environmental technology.
