Purpose and goal

Sting´s vision is to make the world better, one profitable company at a time. Sting will further develop the selection and incubation processes so that 30-35 new growth companies successfully leave the incubator each year. We do this by attracting the best companies within our three thematic areas: Health, Climate, Society. Within these areas, we prefer to work with Deeptech companies. In our program, these companies are refined to give them a higher likelihood to succeed, and to succeed faster.

Expected effects and result

Sting has built a strong incubator with proven impact – since its inception, over 400 startups have been coached, attracting more than 6 billion SEK in capital and contributing to sustainable growth and a strong startup ecosystem. Sting companies are characterized by high innovation, scalability, global potential, and significant impact. The program drives greater gender equality, the emergence of more deeptech startups, and accelerated impact in health, climate, and societal development.

Planned approach and implementation

Sting accelerates and incubates startups through structured programs tailored to different growth stages. "Incubate" supports early-stage startups from prototype to market, while "Accelerate" helps scale MVPs to investment readiness. Pre-Sting initiatives like "Startup Academy", "Open Coaching", and "Test Drive" provide early validation and support. Startups receive hands-on coaching, funding access, investor networks, team and talent support, and a strong founder community to fast-track growth.
