Purpose and goal
Startup Lab AI will investigate whether an AI-powered digital advisor can streamline early pre-incubation and help idea carriers move faster from an early idea to a better basis for Problem/Solution Fit, human advice and continued commercialization. The feasibility study tests user needs, technical feasibility and conditions for broader use.
Expected effects and result
The feasibility study will provide a needs report, a technical report with prototype testing, a business model and implementation plan, and an Go/No-Go-underlag for a full-scale project. In the long term, the goal is to free up consultant time, give idea carriers more accessible support, and create a scalable method that can be used by more innovation actors.
Planned approach and implementation
LTU Business leads the needs validation through a survey of at least 100 idea carriers and 30 advisors and 5-8 in-depth interviews. Arctic Business leads the technical feasibility study and tests a limited AI prototype with 20-30 idea carriers. After that, a business model, implementation plan and decision basis for a full-scale project are developed.
