Important results from the project

The project has successfully tested and further developed a method – Startup Jungle – for strategy work in six incubators through 41 workshops. The results show that the method creates commitment, consensus and more concrete strategy discussions. A training course for facilitators has been established and a business model has been developed in dialogue with the incubators. The method has been received very positively by both companies and coaches.

Expected long term effects

The project is expected to contribute to the long-term development of coaching and strategic work practices within incubators. The method has challenged established meeting formats and demonstrated more engaging and structured ways of working with strategy. Through the training of facilitators and continued interest from incubators, there are strong prospects for the method to endure and create value over time.

Approach and implementation

The project was carried out in collaboration with six incubators, where the method was tested in 41 workshops with startup companies. The approach, based on iterative testing and adjustments, worked well. The activities were relevant and largely implemented as planned, with some adaptations made to accommodate changing conditions for incubator participation. The collaboration functioned very well and was a key factor in the successful execution of the project.
