Purpose and goal
The project has resulted in a first edition of the Startup Guide Stockholm, which has been printed in 3,000 copies. The book is filled with tips, advice, inspiration and presents case studies that can be used to motivate more in Sweden and Stockholm to become entrepreneurs. Furthermore, the book can be used to promote Stockholm as a startup hub and potentially attract talent to Stockholm and make the step to entrepreneurship easier.
Expected results and effects
Startup Guide Stockholm has been produced 3000 copies of the first edition of the book, and distributed out to the accelerators, incubators, co-working places and retailers. Actors in Stockholm startup ecosystem has contributed with knowledge, inspiration and advice. Efforts to engage and create a platform for the target group will continue after project completion.
Planned approach and implementation
The project was implemented together with the Danish organization Startup Guide World and resulted in a product that can be deployed both in Sweden and internationally. Conneqtify acted as the local operator to establish Startup Guide Stockholm as a good tool for aspiring and current entrepreneurs, and to continue developing the concept after project completion. The project has in a short time and with few resources, produced a mapping of the Stockholm startup ecosystem and created conditions for further development.
