Purpose and goal
The purpose of the project was to develop Spontano in marketing, sales and product development. The aim was to make the company ready for a large-scale market entry in Stockholm and to increase the possibilities for external financing for further expansion.
Results and expected effects
Through the project, we have tied key distribution partners to the service for additional reach, finished the development and launched our app for iOS and secured a high quality of content by signing key event partners. Additionally, we have gained important insights in user requirements and necessary features to fill these needs.
Approach and implementation
We started off by hypothesis-driven prestudies with focus-groups, interviews and continuous feedback from users as well as experts in the field. We then settled a plan and worked iterative to reach an optimal solution.
