Important results from the project
We achieved the goal in our application: The goal of the project is to verify the prerequisites for a successful market introduction for our product.
Expected long term effects
We have verified and implemented the following: -Legal boundaries and IPR strategi -Team och operations in place -Visualization tool -Technical plattform -Developed business plan and operational plan for the next step in the business development process.
Approach and implementation
The development of the project is in line with the application and we are following our plan to launch in the first quarter in 2014. The most critical aspect is the array development process. Our strategy has been to work with a number of suppliers to avoid being stuck with one. The process has also been problematic since the quality have differed between different suppliers. We are confident that we will reach an agreement with one or two of our suppliers with the right quantity.
