Important results from the project

The aim of the project was to participate in TINC to work with our company´s development with the tools and culture that are characteristic of Silicon Valley. We have done this in interesting, stimulating and intense forms, in the evening and at a distance due to the pandemic. In the project we developed business plans, product definitions, value offerings, identified target groups, analyzed markets, assessed our investment needs, and expanded our networks both within the Nordics and with actors in Silicon Valley. We have thus fulfilled all the objectives we had set for the project.

Expected long term effects

We worked specifically on a product launch for Q1 2021 and have implemented much of the work done in TINC. We believe that this has contributed to a better launch with clearer metrics and more customer focus. We continue to work with several of the tools we started using in TINC and will later in the spring introduce several parts in the entire company´s activities. The most important insight has probably been to invest even more in data-driven metrics and more efficient integration of product development and business development processes.

Approach and implementation

We have followed the layout and implementation as directed by TINC. Due to the pandemic, the entire implementation has been done online and remotely. It has worked beyond expectations and it is possible that we may not have been able to participate if the implementation had been on-site in Silicon Valley or during day time in Sweden.
