Purpose and goal
During the project, Infonomy has developed a business plan that will guide the upscaling and commercialisation of the Snubblometer® - an innovative medical device and accompanying software for the reliable assessment of fall risks and their prevention in people aged 65 and above.
Expected results and effects
The successful launch of the Snubblometer® will allow Infonomy to establish a new functional and technological standard in the system for elderly care, laying the foundation for the company´s long-term growth and profitability.
Planned approach and implementation
The key methods applied in the feasibility study were desk research, analysis of the primary and secondary market data and user surveys. The project was divided into three work packages (Strategic Business Review, Business Model Visioning, Business Plan Development and Formulation) and ran six months.
