SMF AdBIOPRO: Identifying Low Affinity IgG Ligands for Continuous LSPR-Based Bioprocess Monitoring

Purpose and goal

The overall goal of the project is to develop sensor chips for in-line, real-time monitoring during the production of therapeutic antibodies.

Expected effects and result

Expected results include innovative sensors for real-time monitoring of biopharmaceutical production. The project aims to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and accelerate the development of automated and intensified production methods.

Planned approach and implementation

The project will start by evaluating various external partners capable of producing and selecting specific IgG binders. Subsequently, one partner will be chosen to develop a set of binders, which ArgusEye will evaluate in the later stages of the project.
