Purpose and goal
The goal of the project was to establish the organization of the program and to create conditions to start the program from January 2016. These goals are fully met and the program has also started specific activities, both in the form of strategic projects and the first open call.
Results and expected effects
The results of the start-up is partly the documents that create the framework and form of the program: Strategy and Programme Plan, Budget, Effect Logic, Communication strategy and Action plan 2016. Partly, the results are also that a broad awareness are created about the program among stakeholders, both through the kick-off and through other communication channels.
Approach and implementation
The work with the start-up project has been managed by the program´s secretariat, at IQ Samhällsbyggnad. A program manager has led the work, and have been assisted by a communicator as well as three individuals from three different stakeholders. This group has formed an operational group that jointly developed the results. The Board has continuously decided on all matters of strategic importance.
