Important results from the project
The project met its goals: we established an international partnership and completed a full Eurostars application. We also identified technical and market adaptations needed for international expansion and deepened our AI development. The project strengthened our competitiveness and laid the foundation for a successful international scale-up.
Expected long term effects
The project is expected to result in a scalable Hospital at Home platform, enable international expansion, and improve healthcare efficiency through AI. This will enhance access to care, reduce hospital burden, and promote sustainability in healthcare systems both in Sweden and internationally.
Approach and implementation
The project was carried out in two parts: first, an international partnership was established through workshops and needs analysis; then a Eurostars application was developed in collaboration with an external consultant. The work involved cross-functional experts in product development, AI, medicine, and business development to ensure quality and feasibility.
