Purpose and goal
The aim of the project was to reach out to SMEs, to identify possible collaboration partners to the SMEs and to identify ideas that can contribute to realisation of the Vision and goals stated in the STRIM agenda. The goals to identify ideas with the potential of commercialisation or implementation in later stages, and to create a meeting point for academia, SMEs and industry were fulfilled. The SIP STRIM network was increased with 17 SMEs.
Expected results and effects
The result is more SMEs involved in SIP STRIM activities and increased collaboration betweeb academia, industry and SMEs. The result was also that 2 ideas were taken one step further towards implementation. 2 ideas were selected as winners.
Planned approach and implementation
The plan and execution was successful. We noted that 17 idea pitches are a bit too many, and next year we aim for 10-12.
