Important results from the project
The goals of the project have been met. We have gathered 8 of Sweden´s most knowledgeable farmers in regenerative methods and conducted a dialogue seminar series with six meetings. The dialogue seminar series has resulted in a documentation of the tacit knowledge and has developed the participants´ knowledge and deepened their understanding of their business and methods of plant production.
We have trained an AI with the knowledge from the project to spread the knowledge.
Expected long term effects
The results from the project contribute to Innovationsplattformen Regenerator achieving the mission of a Regenerated Food System by 2038, which means that food is produced sustainably with positive effects on the environment and climate and is profitable for producers.
Approach and implementation
The project was divided into eight milestones and was project managed by the innovation platform. Process managers and participants were recruited for the implementation. Successive reconciliations have been held between project manager and process managers to manage deviations and risks. The schedule and budget have been maintained. The project would have been implemented in the same way today based on the evaluation.
