SIGN has studied three public service organisations that have employed three different ways of integrating design.
Expected long term effects
In the project we have developed a model for design capacity and one model for desing readiness.
Approach and implementation
The results of the studies clearly shows that there is no patent solution to reaching more design capacity in an organisation, other than focusing on developing design capacity.
