Purpose and goal

The project "ShiftSweden Circular Transition Co-Lab" aims to coordinate the transition lab "Developed market and logistics for reuse" within the ShiftSweden program. The goal is to drive system innovation in the construction and civil engineering sector by developing the market and logistics for reuse. The project will explore and test new ways of working to coordinate innovation projects, with a focus on enabling structural transition and scaling of circular solutions.

Expected effects and result

We will explore and test new ways of working to coordinate innovation projects included in the transition lab "Developed market and logistics for reuse", with a focus on creating structural transition and scaling of circular solutions. The work is with a key building block to achieve ShiftSweden´s goal of maximizing effects at the system level beyond individual projects and contributing to ShiftSweden´s mission to transform Sweden into a fossil-free, resource-conscious and attractive community.

Planned approach and implementation

The project will be organized around a common platform for collaboration, with regular meetings and workshops to ensure that the projects complement each other. A lab manual and a toolbox with relevant methods will be developed to support the work. Complementary innovation efforts to strengthen the lab´s impact and disseminate lessons learned and results to external actors will also be initiated and implemented.
