Purpose and goal

Following a change of direction in the project where instead of just developing a social service we also developed solutions for the individual student, we directed the surveys to become more profound with fewer respondents. We consider the goal fulfillment to be good and we are assured that advanced technology is well-rooted in the target group.

Expected results and effects

The effect of this is significantly higher quality in development and launch, which has significantly increased the business potential.

Planned approach and implementation

The project has been driven as a priority by Whiteilnes activities. Founder and board of directors have been deeply engaged throughout the project period. What has varied have been assumptions about organization, an early assumption was to create the developer organization itself internally. In order to take a lower risk, we chose to replace the then app developer, which is a business-critical function for the company. Many specialists have contributed to the project, much because they like the ambition! A lesson is the importance of communication between different subcontractors.
