The Board of Directors of the company has made a strategic decision that IP is one of the most important business and value-creating activities.

Planned approach and implementation

A number of meetings together with patent offices and other consultants / experts in technology and IP to review existing IP and technology that the company has and where there is the possibility of any patents. The project has also investigated the extent to which the company has freedom to operate. A strategy for how the company should manage its technology and in which patents should be applied for, but also which technology should be company secrets. A timetable has been set that the company will decide to adopt, which will mean a number of new patents in the coming years.
