Important results from the project

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The aim was to develop the business to spread the solution so that more people get into employment faster and more the elderly feel better and can live at home longer. We have partly fulfilled the goal of signing an agreement with at least one public actor via the association Hej Blekinge and an idea-driven public partnership regarding involuntary loneliness. We have created and deepened crucial relationships and collaborations so that the spread of the solution as a whole, preferably in the form of a social outcome contract, will happen soon.

Expected long term effects

Schvung contributes much more clearly to system change through advocacy work and through the spread of MYWAY Senior. During the project period, we have trained several municipalities and regions regarding how to collaborate on challenges across administrative boundaries, funding, and impact measurement. We have become an obvious partner. The association contributes with effects that directly benefit individuals and societal development. Despite the pandemic, we have contributed to 148 seniors becoming less lonely and 10 jobseekers coming closer to the labor market

Approach and implementation

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** We have worked iteratively throughout the project, implementing insights into the work along the way. Building and deepening relationships in our network has taken up a lot of our time but has also been crucial for business development. On the one hand, the pandemic has brought great benefits as it has been easier to build networks across the country via video calls. On the other hand, it has prevented the spread of the solution as more urgent challenges has been prioritized. The project party group has acted as an advisory body and has opened many doors for us.
