Purpose and goal

The project aims to develop next-generation digital twins using AI agents and LLMs for reliable visual intelligence in police investigations, crisis response, and war crimes analysis. The goal is TRL 8 via a scalable, seamless platform integrating 3D reconstruction, game technology, and multimodal data into authentic, traceable environments, including indoor scenes and reconstruction of human motion and injury for analysis of complex events with human decision-making at the core.

Expected effects and result

The project delivers an industry-ready toolkit for police investigations, crisis management, and war crimes documentation. It strengthens Swedish SMEs’ export potential in serious gaming and forensic AI, and positions Sweden as a European leader in trustworthy digital twins. New methods in LLM agents, bioinformatics, and 3D reconstruction enhance legal processes, improve societal resilience, and enable commercial products with global reach and high reliability.

Planned approach and implementation

The project runs over 24 months in six work packages. WP1 manages governance and coordination across 13 partners. WP2 (6 months) establishes system architecture and data fusion. WP3 (12 months) develops digital twins using game engines and 3D reconstruction. WP4 (12 months) builds AI for authenticity verification and deepfake detection. WP5 (8 months) enables visio-verbal interaction with LLM agents. WP6 demonstrates, validates, and commercializes solutions in operational scenarios.
