Important results from the project

The project has largely met its objectives. The number of new incubator companies has been close to plan and capital raising has exceeded expectations. The companies have developed sustainable business models, strengthened their teams and several have received national and international recognition. By focusing on sustainability, digitalization and gender equality, the project has strengthened the incubator´s offer and the region´s innovative power.

Expected long term effects

The project has laid the foundation for more sustainable and internationally scalable companies. In the long term, the results are expected to lead to increased access to capital, more successful entrepreneurs and stronger teams. The strengthened connection between academia, business and investors contributes to a robust innovation system and strengthens Jönköping County´s attractiveness and competitiveness.

Approach and implementation

The project was implemented through individual coaching of the incubator companies with a focus on verifying customer needs and developing sustainable value propositions. The work was based on short iterative cycles, clear milestones and customized efforts for each team. Through structured tools and processes, the companies were able to reduce uncertainty more quickly, strengthen their teams and increase the conditions for growth and market establishment. The implementation followed the plan.
