Important results from the project
The project consists of a paper and conference participation. The paper will be based on material from a research project studying the conversion strategy in the company Scania. The aim of the paper is to focus the innovation capacity of Scania production system and how the system facilitates customized production. The paper also includes a discussion of the sustainability of Swedish production systems based on Japanese and Lean production systems and suggestions for new research questions.
