Purpose and goal
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The goal of the project is to create concrete integrations between national projects and actors within the health data- and genomics fields. The integrations will simplify data exchange between regions, between regions and national agencies and increase the availability of health data for research and industry. The project will also accelerate the structured data collection that takes place within the regions.
Expected effects and result
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The project is expected to result in working and tested integrations for sharing genomics data between the national genomics platform (NGP) and the Public Health Agency with a genomics module within the individual patient overview. Furthermore, it is expected that pilot studies around sharing data to DDLS have been carried out and an NGP-linked feasibility portal for clinical studies based on omics data has been established.
Planned approach and implementation
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The integrations are developed together with the partners participating in the project, where each integration has a counterpart within each organization. Developed solutions will be thoroughly tested before commissioning with the aim that they will then be managed and further developed within GMS and its partner organisations. Data collection will be facilitated through dedicated people in each site with a good knowledge of local systems acting as a source of clinical information which is then paired with genomics data for upload to the NGP.
