Important results from the project
The project goal was clear - to write and submit a high-quality proposal for the EIC accelerator. The project resulted in a successfully submitted proposal, recieving the highest score and the opportunity for a final interview in Brussels in June. Another results is that the company´s business plan has been reviewed in detail. This provides a clear answer to most questions from investors, grant organizations and customers. The project has accelerated agreements with partners and suppliers.
Expected long term effects
If it leads to actual investments and funding, it will be of crucial importance for the company, for Sweden, for Europe and for the planet! Ligna Energy is an impact company that is not satisfied with small-scale activities.
Approach and implementation
Four WP´s in collaboration with GAEU. WP 1 title: Innovation and Uniqueness Delivery: Competitor analysis report. Updated IP strategy. WP 2 title: Business case and Financial plan Delivery: Market study report, Business case presentation and Financial plan (excel/graphics). WP 3 title: Application Writing Delivery: Full Application form, Appendices. WP 4 title: Submission and Pitch Delivery: Filed Stage 2 application (including all required appendices).
