Important results from the project
The project´s aim and objective have been successfully fulfilled and realized during the course of the project. Through careful research and development, we have succeeded in taking the technology from concept to a functioning system demo at 60 GHz in a laboratory environment. We have received valuable feedback from Epiroc that has helped shape and adapt our technology to meet the actual needs of mining environments. The project has therefore not only met its objective, but it has also increased our ability to take our innovation to market and meet real needs within the mining industry.
Expected long term effects
The project´s results and expected effects have been in line with our strategic objective and vision. Not only have we achieved the technical milestones necessary to take our innovation to the next level, but we have also strengthened our company´s market readiness. Through the collaboration with our industrial partner, we have identified concrete areas of use for our technology, especially in the mining industry. This has opened up opportunities for future collaborations and pilot projects that can catalyze our technology´s transition from the lab to the real world.
Approach and implementation
Radchat has successfully assumed responsibility for overseeing the project´s progress and achieving its Work Package objectives, with strong coordination between the CEO and CTO. We´ve conducted thorough investigations of technical solutions, considering both technical and business aspects, thus enhancing the company´s readiness. Market exploration has been facilitated through company and partner networks. Feedback from the industry partner, Epiroc, has informed potential use cases.
