Funding from Vinnova SEK 50 000
Project duration November 2013 - March 2014
Status Completed

Purpose and goal

The purpose with the project is to prepare for meeting project 2014. That includes identifying a unique test market, form project contracts, form a plan for the process, form an offer to participants and identify experienced entrepreneurs. The preparation project has enabled the creation of a structured plan process. Rinkebyakademien have also created the necessary documents to be able to follow through with a successful meeting project. Participants have been identified and a selection process i underway. A test market has also been identified

Results and expected effects

The expected result was to be able to go through with all of the phases mentioned earlier in order to ensure a successful meeting project. The final result of meeting project 2014 is yet to see since it hasn´t started. We have managed to complete the phases and are very confident that we have prepared everything we need for a successful meeting project!

Approach and implementation

The plan for completing the preparation project was to go through phase by phase. In hindsight we think it would have been better to have a slightly different order to the phases. We think that formulate an offer to the participants should have been one of the first things, because that would enable you to contact entrepreneurs at an early stage. This would be better since the contact with entrepreneurs is one of the most time demanding aspects of the preparation.
