Important results from the project

Yes, the project´s objective was met – we have developed and tested an AI-based masking service that streamlines the handling of public documents and strengthens legal certainty, published a legal investigation and implemented an MVP and scaling for Document Search. In addition, the project has led to new collaborations, increased digital competence and the establishment of important networks between municipalities, suppliers and experts, which creates good conditions for continued innovation.

Expected long term effects

The project is expected to provide faster and more secure handling of public documents, strengthened digital competence and increased collaboration between municipalities, suppliers and experts. The new working methods and networks create the conditions for continued innovation and make the organisations more flexible, efficient and better equipped to meet future eligibility requirements on digitalisation, legal certainty, quality and service to citizens.

Approach and implementation

The project was carried out in close collaboration between all those involved, with Lidingö as the unifying party, so the work has gone well. With continuous and frequent steering group meetings and reference group meetings, we have always been able to ensure that the schedule and desired objective have been met. Any unexpected challenges have been able to be handled before they grew into problems and we have succeeded beyond expectations with our results.
