Purpose and goal
The project´s aim and goal is to create a franchise model consisting of two interacting business models that make natural forestry profitable and scalable in line with the EU´s path towards a circular, competitive bioeconomy.
Expected effects and result
ReViva is expected to result in an operationalization of the EU´s path towards a circular, competitive bioeconomy by scaling traceable value chains for wood from certified natural forestry: ReViva Wood builds supply/premium via franchise, while FideSentia turns data into easy-to-understand customer values that strengthen transparency and market competitiveness in line with the EU´s Bioeconomy Monitoring System and K4P´s focus on measurable circularity.
Planned approach and implementation
The work is carried out in five work packages: AP 1 ensures management/coordination. AP2 develops ReViva Woods´s business model. AP3 develops FideSentia´s business model. AP4 produces practical behavioral and market insights that directly feed AP2 (ReViva Wood)) and AP3 (FideSentia) – e.g. anchoring with forest owners/local communities, gender equality, requirement setting and offering design – and ensures scientific and popular science dissemination of new knowledge.
