Purpose and goal

The purpose and goal of the project was to disseminate knowledge about the "art of leading innovation in the public sector" under RegLab conference. We told how the public sector can: - Mobilize stakeholders and actors to collaborate on open innovation. - Lead and organize the innovation work in the public sector. - Systematic work with idea management, development and innovation.

Expected results and effects

The result meant the plurality of contacts, renewed learning and knowledge around potential users/customers and insights regarding the possibilities to assist the public sector with services and knowledge in innovation management.

Planned approach and implementation

Due to the project, all four projects got the opportunity to meet in Stockholm. This was necessary and very important learning for all members in the four projects. The time until RegLab had all four projects almost daily conversation about the approach, what each project would present, the making of a marketing folder and planning of implementation. Each project was represented by one or more representatives on RegLab which was also valuable.
