Purpose and goal

This project shall develop and disseminate practical knowledge regarding compensation / remuneration systems as a relevant factor in the innovation process. The outcome a handbook - shall stimulate the development of the remuneration system that enables the health care system to implement innovations in a sustainable way.

Planned approach and implementation

The project builds on the experience developed in previous work on remuneration systems, combination with other relevant initiatives in the field of innovation and implementation. The project aims to present conclusions in the form of a readable and useful report (guidance), to a relevant audience. The target audience is the project manager / business developer in the municipal and county councils and administrators / decision makers with influence on compensation.
