Real-Time Assessment, Practice & Credentialing of Communication Skills

Purpose and goal

The project aims to develop and validate Empatik Practice – an AI-based module for training communication skills in real conversations – and to establish a credible framework for certification of these skills in collaboration with independent expertise. The goal is to enable fair, measurable, and scalable competence development in the workplace.

Expected effects and result

The project is expected to deliver a completed version of Empatik Practice, validated in real environments, and a framework for certifying communication skills. The result enables organizations and individuals to objectively, fairly, and at scale measure and develop critical communication competence.

Planned approach and implementation

The project is structured into four work packages: project management, development of the Practice module, creation of the certification framework, and pilot validation. Work is carried out iteratively through sprints, user testing, and quality assurance focusing on technology, ethics, and fairness. Results are continuously evaluated toward launch and commercialization.
