Important results from the project
Yes, the project objectives were achieved. Empatik Practice was developed into a product-ready v1 for role-play-based training and assessment of critical communication skills. The project also concretised a blueprint for future certification based on objective behavioural metrics and strengthened the collaboration with Les Roches as an international pilot and development partner.
Expected long term effects
In the long term, the project is expected to support more objective, fair and scalable development of critical communication skills in the workplace. Through Empatik Practice v1 and the blueprint for future certification, organisations can better train, measure and track progress over time, strengthening leadership, customer interactions and other important conversations.
Approach and implementation
The project was carried out in four work packages: project management, development of the Practice module, a blueprint for future certification, and pilot validation. The work was run iteratively through sprints, user testing and continuous quality assurance of technology, ethics and fairness. The project developed according to plan and the timeline was followed. No major external or unexpected events affected implementation, and collaboration with relevant partners worked well.
