Important results from the project
The purpose and aim with the project is to develop a concept for a web service for swedish municipalities for efficient and quality secured management of building permit. to increase quality and productivity. During the development of the prototype numerous requirements for the development of the project have been identified. The interface, usability and full content of the web service has been communicated with a municipality and and they have expressed wishes to be a test pilot during the development of the concept. The aim is met.
Expected long term effects
We expected to develop a prototype for a few typical cases and develop the project idea. Beyond this several problems, possibilities and requirements for further development of the project have been identified. Also a contact with a test pilot minicipality has been established.
Approach and implementation
JAWA Samhällsbyggnad has developed an analog process map for the prototype which has been developed into a web prototype by SMRT Sweden. A mapping of the building permit process has been carried through in the test pilot municipality in a workshop together with officers at the municipality and two succeeding workshops have been held. Most of the requirements for further development of the project have been identified during these workshops.
