Important results from the project

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** Bvt´s work has been so successful that when it was time to finish the project neither the procurement authority nor SKR let it happen. BVT is now part of a new project, which intends to build on the existing guidance with information on procurement for future societies. The project is funded by SKR and IoT Sverigem and in collaboration with Procurement Authority Feasibility study for innovation partnerships this year into a project for an innovation partnership - KASAM. The project is coordinated by SKR, the department for digitization.

Expected long term effects

The guidance is used by at least five municipalities and SKL Kommentus. However, it is difficult to estimate how many people actually used the guidance. The ordering network has conducted a feasibility study for innovation procurement. There were eight municipalities that remained in the consortium, which is now financed by SEK 3 per inhabitant per municipality. Feasibility study for innovation partnership has now turned into a project for an innovation partnership. Mutual exchange with, above all, the Procurement Authority, among other things through the follow-up research.

Approach and implementation

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** Initially, it was a challenge for the project to decide what / how to produce. It is conceivable that a steering group in this context would have facilitated. It has worked well for the network to meet IRL 3-4 times a year and have monthly reconciliations. for our group work. Our motto has been to "not work on things that are already being done well in the country". We have been fortunate that this group has agreed on the needs that are greatest in the municipalities regarding welfare technology.
