Purpose and goal

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The project´s aim was to empower school owners in their systematic quality work by promoting the use of a method derived from evaluation research, called business logic. The goal was to develop a web-based tool that visualizes the work, makes it possible to share, compare and process their business logic, which in turn will increase the conditions for more school owners to work with business logic in different parts of their activities.

Expected results and effects

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The expected result was to develop a web-based tool to visualize, share and update business logics, which has been achieved. Furthermore, support materials to use the web-based tool would be developed as well as support to work with the concept of business logic. A tutorial on how the tool works is produced, as well as an article describing how and why you should work with business logic in their activities. Furthermore, there is a process support in the form of a PowerPoint which guides step by step through the process of producing a business logic.

Planned approach and implementation

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The technical development of the tool has been carried out iteratively where introductory workshops were held with the school owners. Furthermore, they have tested the tool and provided feedback to the technical developers. The support material has been designed together with SKL which will now also launch the web tool within the framework of its support to school owners in working with the national action plan for the digitization of the Swedish school system.
