Swedish production in troubled times - Survey of production research and production innovation for dual use and resilience

Purpose and goal

An idea bank is developed within the framework of Produktion2030´s Production Council, broadly composed of experts from industry, academia, institutes and other institutional actors such as trade unions and employers´ organizations. Objective and deliverables The project aims to carry out two workshops which in turn will result in at least 4 clear project descriptions. In order to create high-quality concretizations, this project benefits from knowledge and experience both from Produktion2030´s Production Council, as well as from other actors outside the Production Council.

Expected effects and result

Expected results: 1. At least four (4) clear project descriptions that could be started immediately. Proposals must have broad participation, high co-funding and great commitment from industry, 2. Increased commitment to the production area from actors in the Production Council, within industry, academia, and institutes. 3. Increased involvement of new actors, wider anchoring in regions and industry, Science Parks, standardization actors, etc.

Planned approach and implementation

The project carries out two workshops, resulting in at least 4 sharp project descriptions. In order to create concretizations of high quality, this project must benefit from knowledge and experience both from Produktion2030´s Production Council and from other actors outside the Production Council. Workshop 1: Up to 50 members from various industry, academic and institute organisations, today part of the production council Workshop 2: Production council members, plus people from other organizations such as new industrial companies, SMEs, community functions, trade unions, etc.
