Purpose and goal

The expected outcome oft his project is a low-cost fully production-compatible smart label by implementing a circuit to enable sensor readout compatible with tag integration. furthermore the project aim to secure financing and a stronger connection with market actors. The goals is perceived to be accomplished. Still remaining is further technical developments and advancement even if great results has been accomplished. The remaining work is still to improve the robustness of the sensor tag.

Expected results and effects

Most important results is that the project helped in reducing the technical risks and strengthen the collaboration with external partners/customers. They have committed to develop and bring the sensor to the market for their own advantage. In addition, the technical advancement made Innoscentia secure an investment round and will move forward with another round by the end of 2019.

Planned approach and implementation

The design of the project has been successful even if some obstacles brought some issues along the way. The impact of those obstacles contributed to some delays in the project as well as increased cost in order to keep the rapid phase we aimed for. Looking in the mirror, more time and energy should have been spent on planning on the technical plan in order to be completely satisfied.
