Purpose and goal

The pre-study of the project Flaggskeppsfabriken has created a good platform for a successful main project. Six of Sweden´s most prosperous companies (Astra Zeneca, SCA, Sandvik, Volvo, Scaia, SKF) have sign the project. All partners in the project have accepted to work according to the Flaggskeppsmetodiken, consisting mainly of a series of workshops where the six companies take turns hosting the meeting and sharing experience and challenges in the area digitalisation and competence development.

Expected results and effects

The pre-study has created very good prerequisits for a successful main project. The participating companies have shown great enthusiams and have been very active and several issues have been pointed out already during the planning phase.

Planned approach and implementation

During the pre-study the managing group and the working group have met to discuss the framwork of the project Flaggskeppsfabriken digital. This has been in the form of physical meetings as wells as e-mail and telephone meetings. The participating companies have been contacted to discuss which issues should be handled durong the main project, these discussions have mainly been via e-mail and telephone. Extern project-leader and writer have participated in the pre-study.
