Purpose and goal
The overall purpose of prePARES is to prepare for an EIC application aimed at increasing the technical and commercial maturity of a newly developed alloy for high temperature applications and additive manufacturing, Tanbium. The goal of PREPARES is to develop a strong business case analysis and broaden stakeholder engagement, so that the project proposal, in addition to the technical development, has a strong business development plan and a clear business case for the stakeholders involved.
Expected effects and result
Expected results are a strong business case for TANBIUM, as well as increased engagement and confirmed business need from stakeholders. Expected effects are that the project contributes to securing EU funding for further development, and a faster market uptake of TANBIUM.
Planned approach and implementation
The project is divided into three work packages: WP1 is focused on project management and preparation for EU application and reporting. WP2 is focused on communication and strengthening stakeholder engagement. WP3 is focused on market and business case analysis.
