Important results from the project
The project´s aim is to enable, with the right skills and resources, to develop a high-quality prototype for coming steps. After validation and CE marking, offer patients with stroke better rehabilitation and training in the home environment. The goal is a prototype ready for validation and CE marking.
Expected long term effects
That prototype should provide the conditions for good results and high impact of training in upcoming validation studies.
Approach and implementation
Sprint-work with about 40-60 hours of work content per sprint and running reconciliations, combined with a rough overall schedule worked well in order to prioritize and evaluate activities.
