Important results from the project
We have prepared a solid foundation for the further application for ´Genomförande av Mötesprojekt 2014´. We have a pronounced plan, we have identified and engaged key people and we have began the selection of entrepreneurs and need identifiers.
Expected long term effects
The preparations have resulted in working group who agree on the project plan that has been compiled and are focusing on achieving the conditions to apply to and carry through successful ´Mötesprojekt´.
Approach and implementation
The preparatory work has largely gone according to plan. A benefit of ours is that we already had good contacts within our proposed test market. They could help with insights and thoughts about the project that could otherwise have been time consuming to reach. Another advantage is our long experience in conducting meetings with innovation focus. To understand the terminology and circumstances surrounding the prerequisite for the implementation of ´Mötesprojekt´ took longer than expected. When we finally felt like we understood everything we adjusted our initial thoughts somewhat.
