Purpose and goal
The feasibility study aims to examine how municipalities address the needs of young people (aged 13–25) with multiple challenges and their close contacts. The study focuses on social services and their collaboration within municipal units, other authorities, and civil society. The goal is to enable a preventive approach that enhances the quality of support and reduces the risk of social exclusion.
Expected effects and result
The project is expected to result in a comprehensive mapping of existing support services and actionable recommendations to enhance collaboration between social services and other stakeholders. The anticipated impacts include a more coordinated and efficient support system, improved accessibility for youth with complex needs and their close contacts, and a reduced risk of social exclusion and adverse life trajectories.
Planned approach and implementation
The project will be carried out in five phases: current state analysis, family perspective, identification of success factors, benchmarking, and a report with recommendations. Methods include interviews, surveys, workshops, and data analysis.
