Purpose and goal
The goal of the project was to technically develop a novel type of low temperature bonding photoresist for applications in wafer-level biochip packaging.
Expected results and effects
The project went though several technical design iterations and productified the best one into a commercial product. The product is on the market and is being evaluated by several potential customers.
Planned approach and implementation
The project was led by a Marie Curie research fellow employed by the company. The work included mainly technical development and collaborations but also interaction with potential customers for specifications.
