Purpose and goal
1. Create effective and inspiring workshops. The layout of action workshops worked very well with the mixed participation, where entirely uninvited could take care of the information. 2. Implementation of workshops. All vehicle manufacturers in Sweden have participated. 4 suppliers and 1 company completely outside the automotive industry. 3. Document workshops. All workshops have been filmed and all digital material is on a website. Follow-up of the knowledge goals. The knowledge goals were followed up by filmed interviews, which are also available on the platform.
Expected results and effects
We reached out to 12 different companies and not 20 as were our hopes. Increased understanding was achieved and all participants agreed.
Planned approach and implementation
The production of workshops went very well. The mix of actors was also very good and appreciated by the participants. We underestimated the difficulties of getting stakeholders in Stockholm. The action workshop setup was very effective and appreciated.
