Purpose and goal
The aim of the project was to establish one or more networks for joint national learning on civic involvement and design in the public sector. There are currently two established networks: the Network for the design of health and welfare services run by SVID and the Swedish Association of Local Authorities and Regions and a network consisting of a number of authorities and held together by SVID.
Results and expected effects
A questionnaire was sent to the Network for the design of health and welfare services, and 10 people responded. We can now conclude the following: 7 respondents rate the network as ´very valuable´ All (except one who has not participate) think the participation has led to learning 6 replied that the network contributed to effects at home 5 people argue that the network has led to impacts for patients and users at home All respondents want to have continued support from the national level Regarding the agency network - several agencies has expressed interest in participating in the network.
Approach and implementation
The project has run smoothly. We can conclude that there are great possibilities and a need to scale up the work of the national level to support the participants of the network.
