Important results from the project
The goal of the project was to develop a well-structured project plan with a timeline, financial model and a convincing pitch to secure funding from European Innovation Councils (EIC) Accelerator-program. The purpose of the sought EIC funding is to accelerate the development and commercialization of plasminogen-based therapies and transform our innovative technology into a market-leading solution for advanced wound care.
Expected long term effects
With the help of consultants, we have completed approved Stage 1 and Stage 2 applications to the EIC and brought Omnio´s vision of plasminogen-based wound care closer to reality. A positive outcome of support from the EIC will bring additional resources and expertise, strengthening our commitment to solving the global health problem of non-healing chronic wounds, particularly diabetic foot ulcers.
Approach and implementation
In collaboration with consultants, Omnio has prepared a well-structured project plan, including timeline and financial model, to meet EIC Accelerators eligibility requirements. Together, we have analysed, identified and remedied any shortcomings or weaknesses in the project proposal. This careful process ensured that our submitted proposal was strong and tailored for success within EIC Accelerator-programmet.
