Important results from the project
The purpose of the planning project was a full scale application for implementing an innovation system in the municipality of Motala. The application is delivered to Vinnova on the 20 th of March 2014. The purpose and the goal with the planning project is fullfilled.
Expected long term effects
The effect of the planning project is a succesful new application for a project including the full implementation of a innovation system. The Municipality of Motala and our partners are now waiting for an answer to our application from Vinnova.
Approach and implementation
In the planning project we have identified strategic messures to manage employeedriven innovations in the public sector. The planning project have lead to another application for a project including the full implementation of the system. The purpose of the planning project is also to cooperate and include our partners from East Sweden region and HELIX VINN Excellence Centre (a part of the University of Linköping. The process with workshops during the planning project have been succelfull with participants from all sectors of the Municipalty.
